For customers located in Ipoh, we may offer free or special delivery arrangements, depending on the order amount and location.

Shipping availability may vary depending on courier service coverage.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on location and courier services.

Typical delivery time:

  • Ipoh / local area: 1–2 working days

  • Other locations in Malaysia: 5-7 working days

  • ODA (OutSkirt Delivery Area)

  • The delivery address is far from the courier’s standard route

  • An additional fee may be added (try to enquiry us for details before order)

  • Delivery time may take longer than normal
